Choose Barton Pharmacy for Your Prescriptions

When you request a prescription online, you can choose to have it sent electronically to Barton Pharmacy — your trusted local pharmacy.
This process is called “choosing a pharmacy” (also known as “nominating a pharmacy”).

How to nominate Barton Pharmacy

You can choose Barton Pharmacy through:

• The NHS App, or

• The NHS website (using any web browser)

Simply log in, go to “View and manage prescriptions”, then select “Choose a pharmacy” and search for Barton Pharmacy.

Already chosen a pharmacy?

You can check or change your current nominated pharmacy anytime:

1. Log in to the NHS App or NHS website

2. Go to Your health → View and manage prescriptions

3. If you already have a chosen pharmacy, you’ll see its name under Your chosen pharmacy

4. To switch, select Change your chosen pharmacy and choose Barton Pharmacy

Collecting your prescription

Once we receive your prescription, we’ll prepare it promptly — usually within 3 to 5 working days.
You can collect it from our pharmacy or request home delivery if available. Please bring a photo ID when collecting.
